California mandates first-ever water restriction

Psh California is going to literally be on fire this summer. 30% of their water comes from snowpack and this year they dont have a snow pack to speak of. This is nuts its almost unbelievable how hard California is going to get hit due to the low snow fall. I could see them having to enlist fire fighters from all over the country and they probably wont leave till fire season is over, I think its going to be that bad.

California likes to force mandates and regulations down peoples throats. I guess mother nature has her OWN ideas about what they get to swallow this time around.
