Q. Where does the salt go?
Q. Why lawns?
Q. Why not native plants?

I can understand this announcement of water rationing planning which is a good idea however the state doesn't keep up with its long population increase over the decades that requires all that extra water thus it appears to be a self-inflicted problem of their own making.

Now that this has made news what are they going to do about it?
