Making companies pay better wages is 2 fold issue. 1 is allowing illegal immigration that lowers wages because of cheap labor and 2 Is the GOP not caring enough to make sure workers are getting paid decent wages and therefore workers end up getting welfare..I am HOPING with fixing the illegal's problem companies will have smaller pool of workers to choose from and then the shoe is on the other foot and the workers have a choice of jobs that will hopefully make companies raise wages to get workers.
