So if California knew(?), then why did Trump cover it up(!): Nobody complains. Likely there was concern in China going on at about the same time. December became the public time-frame for Chinese Socialist Health to do the World Class Thing: And report what it knew to the World Health Organization: Socialist stuff, not Nationalist Supremacist stuff. Senator Romney would be the only Republican vote at the trial, even: For Conviction. The others all went with the pixie dust agenda, of their Supreme Leader's brand.
Socialist China and Liberal California are actually trading and commerce friendly: Thousands and more per day. Compared with death rates reported worldwide, Covid-19 appears to be under some level of California Containment already. So cases were possibly spreading for weeks and months before even China may have concluded that something new and dangerous to all peoples, everywhere, was underway.
