The mistake that you and other blind partisans make is the presumption that everyone who voted for Obama in 2008 is waiting desperately for next November to vote against him, for any republican whomever that may be.

It doesn’t work that way.

You need a Reagan or Clinton to pull that off – and you have no one currently running for president of that caliber; and it’s certainly not Gingrich or Romney.
