By eating less and going hungry, I'm losing weight.

You eat less, you lose weight ....it ain't brain surgery. ;)
 
It's funny how all the experts in losing weight have all these theories, but none of them say "eat less food."

There's no way to make money telling people to eat less food.
Really? I guess that 2,000 calorie a day recommendation doesn't really exist, right?

In reality, it is the quality of the food you eat, specifically, the macros, that are important.

You see, we have these things called, "Essentials" that our bodies cannot make. Of the 9 essentials we need, some are water-soluble, the rest are fat-soluble.

Funny thing. None of them are 'sugar (Carb) soluble.
