I don't know about his specific situation, but we have entire neighborhoods where I live that are 55 and older communities. It's in the HOA charter. You have to be in that age group in order to purchase a house or rent there.

If a business establishment is the target of violence on a regular basis, they have every right to take action to curb that action.

No one has been banned from the restaurant. They have simply put restrictions on an age group and how many of them can enter at one time and accompanied by an adult.

While the race hustlers get their panties in a bunch, consider that by putting these restrictions in place, a desired outcome is less violence.

Uncontrollable teens are an issue. There's a mall close to us, used to be very nice but it's a disaster now because unsupervised kids make it miserable.

Convenience stores near high schools often have restrictions on the number of students allowed in at one time AND no back packs. It is a policy that has a good reason behind it.
