That's the old British ingenuity we used to see.

Also, if you can't develop it, find the right man to steal it from the enemy. The entire Free World is at risk and HUMINT still matters.

They can't afford missiles for their missile cruisers so I can't see them deployed on any scale unless we build them.....For 4X the cost.
