The design of those plants are often held aboard especially in Europe.... That is where the actually best paying and most work goes one...

Manufacturing is low skilled compared to the services jobs.... Some of these jobs China is not competing for, better to let off to Bangladesh where labour is real cheap...

Auto Manufacture , the best jobs are in design, regulation, IT, Testing, Marketing.... Manufacture is overseeing a robot doing lego...
