This is the problem with a lot of these cases- Tamir Rice, Mike Brown, etc. The Cops and Prosecutors never want these cases to get to juries, because they know darned well that a jury made up of people who have been abused by the police or have had friends or family abused by them would HAPPILY throw cops in jail, given the opportunity.

So this is another case of a prosecutor acting like a defense attorney in front of a grand jury. Let's release the Grand Jury Minutes, and see how much the fix was in.
