I am no fan of ICE but when you are detained by law enforcement and you start to pull away while an officer is at your window, you are subject to being shot as a threat to bodily harm

We have seen examples of ICE going after and threatening people who are following or recording them. That’s not illegal, but these low information thugs don’t seem to know that.

Obviously she was breaking the law with obstruction of traffic and fleeing, but it seems they could have pursued her or run her license plate and arrested her later.
