The woman who got killed in her car drove straight at someone (intending to turn I am sure) with a gun pointed at her.

She simply could have misjudged the spatial allowances as I am guessing she meant to turn.

But you DON'T drive right at someone (even if you mean to turn) who is pointing a gun at your head while you are attempting to avoid arrest.

Were they masked this time around? Not sure I saw the mask. One thing I did see, was that they had "Police" on their vests, instead of ICE. They should not have police on their vests instead of whatever organization they are with. They are not police.

There's a white car, almost certainly ICE, that seems to have come at her from the front. The door is open. This is the car the ICE agent who shot her had been in.

So, she wasn't "parked in the middle of the road obstructing", she had probably stopped the car because someone was preventing her from moving forwards.

Were they legally detaining her?

Imagine a white car stops you, a man gets out with a gun, and some other people come from behind, and they're all wearing masks. They don't wear normal police uniforms, and they're acting aggressively. What could go wrong?

If this is part of their training, their training is WRONG.

If you don't even know it's an officer, how can it be a clear hostile act?

And if you're aiming the car AWAY from that person, it's clearly not a hostile act.
