If you actually watch the video instead of looking at screens hots, two things are evident:

1) Subject reverses (turn wheels left).

2) Subject is told to exit the vehicle, but instead shifts the vehicle into drive (turns wheels right and accelerates to close distance toward agent).

Agent responds with lethal force.

Furthermore, why was she there? All the way from Colorado? Just that alone would quash the "innocent bystander" theory.

You’re wrong. When the ICE agent shot her, there was no one in front of the vehicle, and he shot her at point blank range. She should not have run off but that does not mean she deserved to die. What the Agent did was essentially the same as shooting a suspect in the back. There was no reason for it.

Judging by the comments online, the kill shot from the side of a car, after he was deliberately standing in front of it; suggests that this is going to be jumped on by MSM with great success.

If I am Trump, I stay out of this one as it is a no-win situation for him IMO. Just say "this is a tragedy and an investigation will determine the result".

There is a time to take a stand in a clear cut issue of self defense of civilian protecting his life. An armed agent and the situation around this woman in a car? Yes, she should obey instructions, but he cannot be judge, jury and executioner, he must have legal grounds for his actions.

She grazed a guy, and no doubt it would qualify as justifiable under current standards.

That said, the standards for use of force are ******* stupid and allow cops to kill people for no reason.

Case in point, shooting her accomplished nothing. It didn’t protect anyone. If anything, it only put more people in danger.
