Breaking: Woman shot while trying to kill ICE agents in Minnesota

"If not obeying a cop was the standard for use of deadly force, everyone at Jan 6th would be laying in a mass grave" Anonymous True Blue Patriot

Good was not shot because she didn't obey a cop, she was shot because of her actions AFTER disobeying a cop. A subtle but rather important distinction.

Neat. I’m not interested in the opinion of some random idiot. Thanks for sharing though. :)

Except you're interested enough to tell me, yet again.
But hey, no problem and anytime, no thanks required, and I told you I would keep telling you as many times as it took, like pages ago.

You know, I am really okay with that, as long as people understand that events that happen after the decision is made can in no way possibly affect anything in regard to what was applicable when the decision was made.
I am not certain they can be disregarded completely....like the two shots after he was out of danger....or the negative comment he allegedly made about Good after he killed her...calling her a ******* *****....or him breaking rules on using his own camera as video, while shooting victim with other hand....two hands required, shooting video broke safety rules....then also putting himself in harms way.....a lot, was not done by the book with this officer....

It could still be he won't be criminally responsible, but it could be, that he is....it needs to be thoroughly and impartially investigated. Every citizen killed by law enforcement deserves that....imo.

Should ICE Agent Ross suffer any consequences for the killing of Renee Good?

Good question. I don’t know. Legally, I think this can go either way.

I think Ross handled this incredibly poorly, but I can see a case being made for his legal defense despite his professional incompetence.

Ah, I see the problem finally. YOU haven't watched Agent Ross' cellphone video either. I guess in your opinion that makes you an 'expert' on the matter...

The actual experts in the links I showed to you say he should have moved.

They’re trained not to stand in front of vehicles for obvious reasons.

When you going to post the regulation you commented on?

I'd bet you have no clue.
