He wasn’t standing in front of it. He was moving in front of it to the drivers side to aid his partner in extracting her. He had already walked in front of it once. She didn’t get aggressive until she was told to stop and get out.

Agent Ross did not 'stand in front of a vehicle,' as is easily proven again, by the MULTIPLE VIDEOS of the incident. He was walking from one side of the vehicle to the other, and after SHE backed her car up, her repositioning resulted in Ross now being in front of the vehicle and inline with her path of travel.

There was no threat. The smiling woman turned the car AWAY from the man who shot her. He deliberately moved in front of her car and she cranked the wheel AWAY from where he was standing.

He never moved to the side of her car. She turned away from him.

Except that none of ICE operations are lawful so there goes that excuse. No probable cause, no warrants, unmarked vehicles, masked, and unidentified agents, and no due process for those they “disappear”.
