Then she turned wheel right AWAY from him and took off at less than 10 MPH. He was safely to the side for all 3 shots. You want to know how we know for sure???? You know that we can all watch the video right? Sure, the wheels were briefly straight as that is what tends to happen when you are going from having your wheels full left and going to full right. In that last screenshot the wheels are turned basically fully right. Anyone watching the video can see that they were turned fully right at the point the officer discharged his weapon.
