If they are going to have to defend charges about classified documents then they are going to have to have some sort of access to them. I cannot charge you with something in court and then withhold the core documents that you are being charged with. It would make a fair defense impossible.

I think this case is so cut and dry it may seem unnecessary, we have Trump on tape after all, but I think this is a rather poor example. rarely do we get to this level of proof.
