Bombing civilian infrastructure is not illegal if it is necessary to achieve military goals. In fact, International Humanitarian Law is a set of rules about when and how civilian should be destroyed.

Meanwhile, Russia is the big winner in Trump’s war. Sanctions have broken down. Oil is u-, filling the Kremlin treasury, while we empty ours.
