I'm confused, JG, why is this even a topic of debate much less denial when on 2/4/21 Molly Ball of Time Magazine published a long and detail exposé called 'The Secret Shadow Campaign That Saved The 2020 Election' in which they literally BRAGGED about rigging 2020 so that Trump would never win, fixing it for Biden, that by doing so they "saved" democracy, they told exactly HOW they did it and they named names of everyone and every organization that was involved!

So how is this still even a topic?

They stole the 2020 election, it is obvious, they admit it, they were in fact proud of it, and now with Harris' missing 11 million votes, we know.
Otherwise, why would 11 million democrats stay home to allow the reelection of the very same person they just voted 4 years ago to keep OUT of office?

The DEI attorneys at the Texas Bar Association had no clue how to file or argue their complaint. It was deficient in all respects.

Powell filed motions for summary judgement, which the trial court granted. The Bar appealed, and the 3 judge panel on the appeals court slapped them down on every single point.

They started with nothing, they made no meritorious arguments, offered no evidence to support their complaint, and ended with exactly what they started out with. Nothing.

End of story. An embarrassing display of incompetence from the bar.
