Post a poll if it matters that much to you but questions of conflict of interest or legal standing are decided directly by the appropriate judges after hearing arguments by lawyers, juries are not involved. It is extremely unlikely anyone will challenge Mueller on conflict of interest because no one except congress has legal standing to bring suit.
