There is evidence from multiple sources. It has been posted several times on this thread.

you can argue that the evidence is weak, or at least not strong enough to send a man to prison, but to say that there is zero evidence is a flat lie.

Immigration law allows gang members to be rejected by immigration officers under expedited removal. Merely entering the country illegally is indeed grounds for deportation. As much as democrats, hate that fact.

So that leaves ZERO actual evidence.

I have read the deposition when she got the protective order, and it was over 1 single fight where she claims he pushed her. There was no injury, weapon, threats, etc. And it was rescinded within a few days.

There is no such legal thing as "expedited removal".
Removal without hearing is always illegal (if the person wants a hearing), and anyone involved is a criminal.
Entering this country illegally is NOT grounds for deportation at all, in any way.
It is perfectly legal to come into this country illegally, as long as one is intent on applying for asylum, and they do so immediately.
Anyone who thinks illegal immigration is a crime, does not even remotely understand law.
The only source of legal authority comes from the defense of inherent rights of individuals, and since illegal immigration harms no one, is it just a minor regulatory infraction, and is NOT at all a crime, in any way.
Nor could anyone ever make is a crime.
