It would be impossible for all the MS-13 letter to line up vertically so perfectly if they were actual tattoos.

And the one with it, shows all the evidence of being fake, since the letters are too dark, distinct, and perfectly vertical.

And even if he was a gang member, that does not change his legal rights to a hearing.
And there is no evidence of him being a "wife beater".
They had a domestic dispute that scared her, but she rescinded her protection order.

I am going off the article posted by the op. Where a reporter claims it MAYBE photoshopped. If the reporter with other journalists, probably access to experts with knowledge of photo manipulation and even past photo archives is unable to make a claim in certainty then I am not willing to take the assertions of someone on the internet who has access to none of those and has a political axe to grind.
