He was ruled to be deportable, by judges who verified that he was a leader in MS13. Just not to El Salvador. whoops . .

In the extremely unlikely event that el salvador decides to send him to the united states (why, of all countries?), he would be subject to immediate deportation to any other country besides el Salvador or the united states.
