I didn't need to check because I read court document.

The immigration judge denied the original asylum claim because the time limit to make such a claim had expired. That is true.

However, the judge did allow Garcia to submit a new claim and the judge heard his case. The immigration judge found Garcia’s testimony in that case “credible,” “internally consistent” and supported by “substantial documentation.” As a result, the judge issued an order that protected Garcia from deportation which the Trump administration ignored.

It is not about controlling the border, it is about constitution rights. If Garcia can be denied his constitutional rights then all undocumented immigrants can denied their rights. And as Trump has suggested, there are those in prison. And then there are those who speak out against our government.

Once you start denying constitutional rights it can become a very slippery slope that any one can find themself on.

First, they are not undocumented immigrants. They are ILLEGAL ALIENS.

I’m sure there are hundreds of Americans who, for one reason or other, have been denied due process or had the legal system used against them. Why did you not, for example, care about the grandmother with cancer who was jailed when she walked into the Capitol when the police officer invited her in? Why do you liberals care more about a violent illegal alien?
