I know that two seperate judges ordered him deported, then after a plea that he was in danger in his home country, some bleeding heart, didn't pull the order of deportation, only that he wasn't to go to ES...This administration made a mistake.

But none the less, it is done. Garcia is in ES now, and under their jurisdiction. What do you want Trump to do? Start a war to get him? Not gonna happen....So, you can cry all you want, Garcia is not coming back to the US, and as much was said by ES president last week in the oval office....

This is about the rule of Law. The trump admin illegally deported Garcia to ElSalvador, against a Court order, and the actions taken or not taken by the trump admin in correcting that "mistake" by bringing him back for his due process.

In this hearing the trump admin can show all of this evidence that they say is solid to the court and ask for the protection by the court on deporting him back to ElSalvador is removed. If the court still sees a life threatening danger for him in ElSalvador, then under the law the admin can still deport him to another country with permission from the other country.

Why oh why oh why is simply following the law and procedures so hard to understand?
