If NK launched ICBMs at our fleet, it would be picked up on local radar, satellites and other long range detection and the fleet easily moves to avoid the hit.

NK has had no development of advanced technology re-entry modules to allow them to zero in on targets. Still, at such short ranges of 1000ish miles they can still get about a 2 km CEP, but still cannot hit a moving fleet and such.


Essentially they would be throwing nuclear rocks and require stationary targets to be effective.
