Most of the parents of those school kids probably laughed and danced in the streets over 9/11. They were probably fed antisemitic cartoons from Arab TV in every class. I can't get much sympathy worked up for them either. Mosques should be outlawed in the US, anyway. Islam is a racist hate cult.

Well, CK, I would not go quite that far neither, unless you can tell me you've met every Muslim on the planet. The traditional, basic muslim faith is not in itself but just another faith, in fact, competing for the #2 spot in the world. The problem is more in the modern radicalization of certain muslim views into the unnecessary militant politicization of them in the interests of political change and expansion that I see as the problem.

Also that these views probably fit and work very well in the middle east where they were born, and that the problem here is in the attempt to intertwine them in with western ideology and adjudication. And being that America is a nation built upon western, christian values, off hand I would say that they then should take precedent and the attempt to intermarry the two is the problem, as both systems were designed to operate on their own recognizance independent of the other, not together.

No attack on people of faith is acceptable. Unless there was a personal history between the killers and victims this seems like random hate.
