In it there is a clear TC who speaks very slowly as if having to exert abnormally to get his words out. It looks that way. I was on missions there for 3 years and we never even came close to hitting a commercial airliner. Most of the issues we had was just of there in MD with the weekend pilots flying Cesna's.
