Too much guessing and blaming going on right now from those not involved with the investigation. The only people that know 100% what caused it are not here to give info. It'll be interesting to see what data that black box recorders can give us. We know the plane was following what the ATC told them to do. The Blackhawk crew, as best I can tell, may have dropped elevation thinking the aircraft they were to "go behind" was the one that is seen passing in front seconds before the collision. That one they could visually see. The one behind them and coming in at an angle to line up with the runway was the one they couldn't visually see.

No survivors is not that surprising. This time of year, the waters in the Potomac River very cold. It would be better for to end the very ugly and very racist of DEI played a role in the crash. No such proof exists and serves to create conspiracy theories.

I would say lack of competency performance is in play here.
