Jesus I was at the Maryland game but had to come outside the arena at about 9:40pm was on the main entrance landing by the ticket office looking south and thought it was a large firework . That location is about 8 miles due north of DCA and the platform is elevated. It may have been fireworks as I’m not sure of exact time but it was between 9:30-9:45 . Air Florida disaster left a telling impression on DC residents
