I'd be interested to see if there were any staffing changes made in the past few days as managers focused on implementing Trump's orders. Was the tower running with less staff than usual? were less experienced staff brought in as DEI staff were pulled out.
Staffing changes always have impacts and those need to be fully anticipated, planned for and managed that requires managerial skills that Trump doesn't have, hence we see him flapping by issuing executive orders and then rescinding them, he failed to plan, he has no planning skills.
He just a landlord, a boss who fires people that talk back, his staff are terrified of disagreeing, terrified of bringing him bad news, he's absolutely the exact opposite of a competent leader.
