There is no fraud trial. The AG's whole case is based on a disagreement between ESTIMATES that all parties agree they haven't a leg to stand on. Trump will never be convicted of fraud since no one was defrauded, there was never any complaints by the banks and all loan monies owed were repaid. Not to mention that a superior court agrees and has put a stay on the case! :auiqs.jpg:

Here's the point I see in all of this. Once this old fool trips, he should regain his footage, gather his wits, regain his balance and then, confidently continue to walk. But nooo... hell he tripped three times going UP the stairs to Airforce One. When you stumble at anything in life you should pause and regain control. Biden has never learned this. And it shows..every time he inappropriately touches an infant, every time he tells the same old lie about is son dying at war, every time he neglects to learn the exit of a stage before entering that stage....It is a pattern...a dangerous one for the entire planet!

Thanks, not only that but Trump told the bank not to rely on his estimates, and to get their own. That is standard and typical in the lending industry. Banks don't have to and usually don't rely on the borrower's value estimate of their OWN property. James is indicting Trump for unproven fraud and the judge is valuing Trump's property when he has no experience. This is a lynching of Trump.
 
Biden gets a vicious German Shepard for his "Whitehouse family dog". That was a stumble. Then he get another vicious German Shepard dog, that was his next stumble, then he allows that dog to bite people eleven more times ..finally,, Joe decided that having a vicious German Shepard as a family dog was not a good idea. Yes, I forget, there are three types of appraisal estimates, a hard audit, the most exact, another type, like a review, and finally, the third type which is what Trump provided, and the bank knew it. It is something like a consolidated or compilation estimate or some such thing. These are just crude eyeball guesses which the banks ask for just to put something on paper, then the bank does their own appraisal anyway.

The entire stupid NY "fraud" case is based on the borough's simple tax appraisal for property tax which has NOTHING to do with a free market seller's market where the sky is the limit. The 18-27 million estimate is nothing more than a number determined to estimate annual property tax based on the estimate income the place generally earns.

Based on what it cost Marjorie Post to build the place in 1927, to just build the place today, it would cost at least 90 million dollars! And that doesn't even include improvements and restoration Trump put into it.

MAL is worth an easy 300-800 million, and might sell for more to the right buyer.

All these cases against Trump are baseless GOSSAMER literally falling apart before they even get off the ground.

I trust Trump will eventually sue the asses off these prosecutors for malicious lawsuits and take them for all they're worth.
