BREAKING: Jack Smith drops election subversion case against Trum

Good news! Now that the election is over, the lawfare shenanigans against Trump, across multiple cases, are no longer relevant. They were initiated with the explicit outcome of interfering with a presidential election. The beauty: Once all these cases are dismissed, the left's accusations about Trump being a felonious criminal just go up in smoke .. POOF!

Why. The mertis of the Jack Smith cases (both the espionage and election interference) no the merits warrant continuing the cases. Both the appeal of the Judge Cannon out of step dismissal appeal to the Ciricuit Court and Judge Chutkan's DC case.

The cases were NOT dropped on the merits, they were dropped because of DOJ policy.

WW

You still have the Fanni case going for you.
Hang in there!

How do your wishful nutbag brainfarts suddenly become "news"?

Federal cases were closed for now because a sitting president can't be criminally tried according to DOJ guidelines. Everything else is just your baseless imagination.

Good to hear this BS case is over and done with.
Legally speaking, it is. But the stench of trump's traitorous act will stay with him to his grave. Because the documentary and testimonial evidence will remain as part of history forever.

When the error of trumpery is over there needs to be a constitutional challenge to his court's immunity ruling as well as the OLC's opinion on whether a sitting prez is temporarily above the law while in office.

Good luck with all that. LOL

This fucking guy.

Go read the past threads and listen to Trump's own Attorney General admitting that charges against Trump are very serious.

“Charges” can be serious, you goober, without the foundation for the charges having any actual merit.

Logic does escape you, yes. You are quite the mindlessly chattering chipmunk.
