BREAKING: Jack Smith drops election subversion case against Trum

House Republicans implictly disagreed with you when they failed to produce any sort of a criminal refferal after 2 years of investigations.

Since the DOJ has a policy of not indicting a president, Trump gets away with crimes. But there is one court he wil not get away from and he' probably be facing that judg

Good news! Now that the election is over, the lawfare shenanigans against Trump, across multiple cases, are no longer relevant. They were initiated with the explicit outcome of interfering with a presidential election. The beauty: Once all these cases are dismissed, the left's accusations about Trump being a felonious criminal just go up in smoke .. POOF!
You should offer Garland a bj for dragging his feet on appointing a SC to investigate the criminal conman & subhuman Trump.

You do that for the orange subhuman sweathog.

Special Counsel rules call for Smith to write a report on his investigation as Mueller did. It is given to the AG for Garland's review.

If it's possible to keep the report from coming public you can bet trump will. Why would he want to give the public another reminder of his guilt?

Will he write it himself or will it be like Robert Mueller, who knew absolutely nothing about the report that he signed?

The answer, of course, is neither. Smith will not write a report of any length or any substance. The last thing that dude wants is to be called in front of Congress and the Senate to be given the Mueller treatment.

How do your wishful nutbag brainfarts suddenly become "news"?

Federal cases were closed for now because a sitting president can't be criminally tried according to DOJ guidelines. Everything else is just your baseless imagination.
Smith asked for a dismissal without prejudice, which means the prosecutor can refile the complaint after Trump finishes his second term. The question is .. why'd he do that? This case has already had many issues, including the legitimacy of Smith's appointment (which led to an earlier dismissal) and the limited immunity recognized in Trump v. US. It's not the scenario of suspending a prosecution and would most likely require a new indictment. Translated: It's over, and Smith is expediting the decision in hopes of getting the final report publicized before Trump starts. You'll be okay. :itsok:

The sentencing in the Bragg case has been postponed indefinitely, and Judge Juan Merchan granted Trump's legal team permission to file a motion to dismiss the case, with a submission deadline of December 2, 2024. :itsok:

... and then the Georgia case ... :itsok:

See the pattern going on here? :auiqs.jpg:

The only vote that Trump would ever get from me is for conviction if I was on his jury.

WW
Say that to any lawyer and they'll toss you off the case before it even starts.

TDS writ large. You better find a new shtick. Leftards are becoming unpopular again.

About damn time, too. The Trump charges are dropped, the J6 political prisoners will be freed, and Americans will have equal justice again.

The jackass leftards in Congress won't last long if they keep bitching about Trump. Maybe they won't even last through the term of the Democraps get us into a nuclear war.

Imagine that, 170 billion dollars for Ukraine and you fools are griping about a few measly million to pay prosecutors.

Shame on you. Get a clue.

When all these cases are dismissed, there are no labels of 'convicted felon.' These cases have no more relevance since Trump kicked Democrat ass in this year's election. Cheers!

Moron, you seriously don't think it's 100% true that Jack Smith wouldn't be dropping this case if Trump lost?

Case is being dropped (for now) because DOJ doesn't prosecute current presidents. It has nothing to do with merits of the case and Jack Smith correctly stated exactly that.
Of course he would. It was a political prosecution

Because it wasn't.

Jack Smith had no intention of dropping the case, and specifically did so because of DOJ guidance of not prosecuting sitting presidents.

No doubt case will be re-opened once Trump gets out.
Nope. Statute of limitations. The Donald is off the hook.

Maybe you can go after Vance instead. :p

Good for you. You let one of the biggrst criminals in history off the hook. That makes you proud?

Hopefully, Biden will pardon Hunter on the day that criminal shitbag is sworn in just to ruin his fucking day.

The Democrats Voters are distraught.
They really believed that the indictments were legitimate.
They don't understand that the purpose of the indictments was to prevent Trump from being elected.
But now that Trump has been elected the bogus indictments no longer have a purpose.

Another lie. If the case had merits, they would have pushed for a trial well before the election instead of making it an endless investigation designed to go through the election.
The case had merit. Trump appealed every step delaying the process.

What is it you think you are refuting?

Number of criminal refferals against Joe Biden as a result of this partisan report - ZERO

They couldn't even find enough for a partisan impeachment.
