Flynn wasn't tapped, the Russian ambassador was tapped and Flynn called the Ambassador. Flynn then lied about it to Pence who then spread the falsehood to the public. intelligence reported to Trump about Flynms lie and Trump did nothing about it so somebody from either the White House or the intelligence agency illegally leaked the story to the press. Why would civilian Robby Mook be privileged to this top secret information?

It's so hilarious to watch the liberals spin this shit.
First they decry Trump and conservatives are "fabricating" the story and claiming there is no "proof" of wiretapping of Trump and his staff.
Yet Flynn was being tapped, and it was illegally leaked in order to destroy him.
Then they change their tune and say it's the Russians being targeted. Then they change their tune again and say it was legal, there was a judge approving it.
There is no evidence to back up Trumps tweet or the WH would present it. It's was likely and emotional reaction from Trump to detract from the session fiasco.
That's the unspun version. It's called truth, soak it in.
When Flynn was being recorded when speaking with a Russian ambassador, the law says that recording should be compounded and not used, since Flynn is American and the FISA tap cannot be used on an American. It was leaked illegally, Rep. Jim Himes (D) even agrees with that.
Clapper went on NBC and stated emphatically that there was no authority through FISA to wiretap Trump or his staff.
Yet the New York Times reported many times that Trump staff was being "investigated" for connections to Russia, and that no evidence of collusion was ever found in relation to Russian "hacking".
Here's the NYT article:
"The F.B.I. is leading the investigations, aided by the National Security Agency, the C.I.A. and the Treasury Department’s financial crimes unit. The investigators have accelerated their efforts in recent weeks but have found no conclusive evidence of wrongdoing, the officials said."
As you can see, the NYT clearly says that at least four separate agencies were "investigating" Trump.
The beginning of the article opens:
"WASHINGTON — American law enforcement and intelligence agencies are examining intercepted communications and financial transactions as part of a broad investigation into possible links between Russian officials and associates of President-elect Donald J. Trump, including his former campaign chairman Paul Manafort, current and former senior American officials said."
Excuse me? A "broad investigation" against Trump for "possible links" to Russia? What crime was ever committed that warranted a "broad investigation"?
Then there is this little part:
"One official said intelligence reports based on some of the wiretapped communications had been provided to the White House."
Oh my, the NYT is reporting that wiretapped communications was provided to the White House.

So, was Clapper lying when he said there was no authorization for wiretaps?
If he wasn't lying, that means they never had FISA authority to do wiretaps.
If it was the FBI, what crime was committed to warrant an investigation and where is the warrant to tap an American citizen?
So if they didn't have the authority to do the wiretaps, yet the NYT knows they did and provided information from those taps to the White House, then what authority was there to wiretap anyone on Trump's staff?
The answer is none, subverts in the intel community did it illegally and provided the information gathered from the wiretaps to the media and the White House for political purposes.
Wake up and smell the corruption.
