Well this may change your mind again, that boat was hit by a drone dropping a incendiary device not a rocket, you can clearly see the guy on deck pointing to something in the sky just before the device was dropped,you can clearly see it being dropped, and no one was playing with flares as one poster suggested, and the reason the Tunisians tried to deny the drone theory is because they are cowards like many of the Gulf Regimes because they may have to do something about an attack on their Country they don't have the guts.
