It's called collateral damageWhat did the four-year-old boy do that was illegal?
You dot have a right to a speedy deportation hearing, a deportation hearing also isn’t a trial and you don’t have a right to a trial or even juridical review in all deportation proceedings
You don't know what you're talking about which is why you speak in generalities that can't be disproven. They didn’t waive their right to a speedy trial.
You are defending the antisemitic Muslim family of an Islamic terrorist, here illegally….and you yelled “insurrectionists” at American Trump voters.
Your venom for Americans is as extreme as is your defense of antisemitic Muslims here illegally.
Mostly falseThere are 3 coequal branches of government. The president has never run the country by himself.
Yep. Apparently you know diddly about the law. Typical leftard, full of bullshit.Nope.
That’s a criminal case not a deportation hearingYou don't know what you're talking about which is why you speak in generalities that can't be disproven.
Take Jake Lang, who is often cited as an example of someone who was stuck in prison for years without a trial. You can read all the court proceedings yourself.
This guy delayed his own trial for all sorts of reasons. He wanted more discovery. He wanted time to go over the discovery. He wanted new lawyers. He wanted to represent himself. He wanted to wait on a SCOTUS decision about other defendants. He wanted to wait to see if Trump would pardon him.
It was actually the government trying to get the trial going but Lang was asking for delays.
I'm not defending any family. I'm just saying Trump should follow the law.
You're making shit up because you're a hateful person.
They came back though.
lmaoExcept the first part of the bill wasn’t even bad. You’re just trained to believe so.
It failed because the trained dogs like you attacked it as ordered.
Good boy.
Yep. Apparently you know diddly about the law. Typical leftard, full of bullshit.
All immigration judges everywhere report to the Attorney General. They're not even Judicial Branch, they're Executive Branch.
9-0 what? You keep dodging here9-0

You're beyond moron. What was illegal about Biden’s actions at the border?
As for activist judges, one of the worst is Matthew Kacsmaryk. See Biden v Texas where SCOTUS decided that the president can set immigration policy, not states.
Like I said, full of bullshit.9-0
9-0
Neither illegal, nor legal, immigrants have a "right" to live in, or even visit the U.S.
Courts who pretend they do are making up laws, not enforcing them.
Yeah, it's sad that the terrorist put his family in a position to be deported as a consequence of his crime, but he did create a situation in which prudence and concern for safety dictate that his family be sent away.
The due process in such a case is for the family to be sent home, with as little delay as possibke.
Link.Under the Asylum Processing Rule, a person who passes a credible fear interview is considered to have applied for asylum, which means that the one-year filing deadline is automatically satisfied. They passed the credible fear interview.
What law did he not follow, specifically?I’m sure they can be deported. The Trump administration just needs to follow the laws. Ironically, they’re probably drawing out the process by wanting to cut corners.
Libs are going to make a mockery of a well-intentioned law to the determent of truly needy applicantsThey have the right to request asylum.
