BREAKING: Federal judge issues order halting deportation of Colorado antisemitic attack suspect’s family

Not if their VISA expired. If they wanted to enter under asylum, they should have requested it at the time.
The father did ask for asylum and it's been pending for years. From the link in the OP:
The family arrived in the US in August 2022 and were initially granted entry until February 2023, DHS said in a Wednesday statement. Soliman applied for asylum in September 2022 in Denver, the agency said.

I say send the family members back to Egypt. The father is now a terrorist and needs to be dealt with accordingly.

And it's so important to you that every last detail be followed, no matter how long it takes. As usual, you guys always side with the illegals.

I'm siding with the law. Constitutional protections were put in place to protect us from the government, not the people.

Nope. They have one year from the time their feet hit the ground here. That expired years ago.
Under the Asylum Processing Rule, a person who passes a credible fear interview is considered to have applied for asylum, which means that the one-year filing deadline is automatically satisfied. They passed the credible fear interview.

No, you would not take the same tact. You didn’t object when Jan 6 trespassers had their rights to a speedy trial denied. That’s because in BLL,* there is more concern for am Egyptian family of antisemitic Muslims with expired visas than an American grandmother with cancer who walked in a door an Secueity officer opened for her.

You are a danger to American Jews.

*Bizarro Leftist Land
Your posts are just filled with lies.

I haven't heard of anyone prosecuted for Jan 6th that was denied their right to a speedy trial.

What's so hard about following the law to deport the Egyptian family?

The problem is when you try to read an objective article on this, the ones that pop up in Google are all from either antisemitic Arab sources (like Al Jazeera) or radical left sites (WaPo, NYT, MSNBC).

The legacy media is presenting only the side they want Americans to see.
"Everybody is mean to me" typical MAGA whine.

Here you are spending time arguing on their behalf. Are there any Jews in your family? Perhaps they should be warned about you.

You’re just full of denial. We had people sitting in jail for a YEAR awaiting trial.

And what’s the law with the family of antisemites? Their visas expired, the father fried to murder a dozen Jews, and they are not wanted in this country. They are a danger to American Jews.

Please point me to the part of the Constitution that says foreigners here illegally get to go before a judge when they overstay their visas.
See the asylum processing rule. That is well based on the constitution.

It's not unusual for people to get to trial after charges are filed. Pre-trial proceedings can be lengthy. That doesn't mean their right to a speedy trial has been violated. In fact, defendants often waive their right to a speedy trial for all kinds of reasons. Not that you ever gave a shit about people sitting in jail for a long time. The left has cared about this, which is why they started working on bail reform years ago. They were ridiculed by the right for doing so. But now you have crocodile tears because your people were stuck in jail.

The proceedings need to take place before a judge. That's what the law says.

Because that is the law. If it doesn't apply to one, it doesn't apply to any.

You seem to trust the government no matter what. I do not. The Founders created the protections not to protect us from the people but from the government.

Bugger off. When you start with the cowardly "You people" I ignore anything else you say.
What protections did the founders put in place in regards to the due process required to deport illegals?

You are defending the antisemitic Muslim family of an Islamic terrorist, here illegally….and you yelled “insurrectionists” at American Trump voters.

Your venom for Americans is as extreme as is your defense of antisemitic Muslims here illegally.

You dot have a right to a speedy deportation hearing, a deportation hearing also isn’t a trial and you don’t have a right to a trial or even juridical review in all deportation proceedings
