Ten Years after the al-Awlaki Killing: A Reckoning for the United States’ Drones Wars Awaits - Modern War Institute
On September 30, 2011, a hunting party of US drones found its quarry while flying over the desert in Yemen. They fired Hellfire missiles at the vehicle carrying Anwar al-Awlaki, […]mwi.westpoint.edu
Seems like that might not be true.
Yes, he did so as commander in chief of the military, a core constitutional power of the president, which is now absolutely immune from prosecution.Øbama had two American citizens murdered.
I'm willing to wager Trump will say everything he does is an official act.Murder is by definition a criminal act explicitly, and therefore could not be official.
When Obama blew up that terrorist American citizen, it wasn't murder. It was a homicide by not a murder.
I'd like to know why you think it is okay for a convicted felon to hold public office? Please demonstrate where that is in the constitution. I'll be waiting.![]()
Guessing you couldn't find that in the Constitution? It's because it's not in there, and states have variability on felons' eligibility to run for office (not federal elections). In the end, felons retain their right to seek elected positions. I don't agree with many protests that happen, but the outcome of individual rights can be offensive, and that's a beautiful thing.I'd like to know why you think it is okay for a convicted felon to hold public office?
You have to be the dumbest troll ever. He's the commander in chief of the US military.
It doesn't disqualify him, per the requirements in the Constitution. You should read it sometime.I'd like to know why you think it is okay for a convicted felon to hold public office?
Didn't it empower Obama to do so?You have to be the dumbest troll ever.
Does being CIC empower him to murder Americans?
Nope.
No.Didn't it empower Obama to do so?
Do you know who Anwar al-Awlaki is?
Link to this authority?Do you know who Anwar al-Awlaki is?
He’s an American citizen Obama killed by authorizing a drone strike on his vehicle.
So history shows that Obama as Commander in Chief was empowered to kill an American citizen.
Article II, Section 2, Clause 1Link to this authority?
Moot point. According to SCOTUS, public officials cant be held accountable for taking bribes. Should be easy enough to win on appeal.
but they haven't have they ?No excuse for Dems not to kick his ass out immediately
Don’t see where he can assassinate Americans, Simp.Article II, Section 2, Clause 1
