His “crime” was leading the charge of a group that promotes potential terrorist activity against the US or its citizens. That is a deportable offense for green card holders.
As for the judge, it’s funny that you believe a LA judge can be an activist but don’t believe a NY or NJ judge can be.

First, this is America, we don't arrest people for thought crimes, even thought Crimes against our Zionist overlords.
Second, he's married to a US Citizen. So really, no, you can't deport him for what he did as a student.
I expect judges to follow the law.
Tell us which state you live in, and I'll be happy to compare stats.

Moreover, this is America, but we don't allow people to spread hateful ideologies around here. Think the KKK, the Nazis, the Communist Party. We have a habit of weeding out and organically destroying hateful speech like that.
Think about it. The KKK lynched blacks and burned crosses in their yards. The Nazis genocided the Jews, the Communists were nearly responsible for WWIII.
Ideologies like that are violent and incompatible with American culture, and ther Pro-Palestine movement is slowly morphing into the same.

Wrong again. Green card holders can be deported if it is determined that they are involved in activities that pose a threat to the US. Inciting violence falls into that category.
You may want to let all your buddies know that so they will stop moving here and buying very expensive homes when they retire. I have new neighbor at my vacation home that did just that. They seem nice, but they don't have that huge chip on their shoulder like you do because they are part of the successful class as opposed to being envious of them.
