BREAKING: Columbia anti-Israel protester Mahmoud Khalil can be deported, judge rules

Of course there was due process, afterwards the mother elected to take her child and take whatever they wanted with them

Why weren't they allowed to take something as important as their cancer medicine with them then? Why weren't they not allowed to even talk to the child's doctors?

Link to them no being allowed to take their property with them…or speak to doctors

As opposed to Khalil, who hasn't committed any crimes, and has been moved out of the place he lived to Louisiana to get a more favorable judge.

His “crime” was leading the charge of a group that promotes potential terrorist activity against the US or its citizens. That is a deportable offense for green card holders.

As for the judge, it’s funny that you believe a LA judge can be an activist but don’t believe a NY or NJ judge can be.

Shit, I wouldn't send a dog to Louisiana.

You live in Illinois. Who in their right mind would make a conscious choice to live there? Hey honey, let’s move to Illinois for retirement…said no one, ever.

DHS can deport and doesn't need a judge's permission to do so.

Two issues here.

First, this is America, we don't arrest people for thought crimes, even thought Crimes against our Zionist overlords.

Second, he's married to a US Citizen. So really, no, you can't deport him for what he did as a student.

I expect judges to follow the law.

Tell us which state you live in, and I'll be happy to compare stats.

I don't think that would go well for you.

I guess, you don't understand math.
I guess you do not understand that a country capable of obliterating 100% of the people but who 99% alive is not committing genocide,

I also guess you are another Democrat driven by underlying bias against Jews.

Well, then South Africa isn't committing Genocide against their former white oppressors, as blacks outnumber whites 10 to 1. Yet only a few white farmers have been killed in acts of banditry.

MEANWHILE, the Zionists have killed 50,000 Palestinians in acts of ethnic cleansing.

Well if that is the logic, then how is South Africa committing genocide on whites? Aren't 99.999% of south african whites not alive, yet you're going on about white genocide as if this is a real thing. How is 60,000 dead palestinians not considered genocide but 35 white south african murders is? This is how your racism justifies anything in your eyes.

After what just happened in Colorado today, the Syrian rabble-rouser inciting violence against Jews is getting deported. No question.

It’s turning into open season on American Jews, thanks to the Muslims pouring in and their leftist defenders.

You think a 45 year old man is influenced by a 20-something year old college student?

Sounds like you are stretching.

"Someone looked at me funny today, it must be that Mahmoud's fault!!!!"

First, this is America, we don't arrest people for thought crimes, even thought Crimes against our Zionist overlords.
Nah. Thought crimes are more the realm of college academia, a la the place Khalil attended classes.

Moreover, this is America, but we don't allow people to spread hateful ideologies around here. Think the KKK, the Nazis, the Communist Party. We have a habit of weeding out and organically destroying hateful speech like that.

Think about it. The KKK lynched blacks and burned crosses in their yards. The Nazis genocided the Jews, the Communists were nearly responsible for WWIII.

Ideologies like that are violent and incompatible with American culture, and ther Pro-Palestine movement is slowly morphing into the same.

You read too much of the Protocols of the Elders of Zion, Joe.

You think a 45 year old man is influenced by a 20-something year old college student
Yeah.

That chant was contrived by 20 somethings on college campuses.

It's not hard for adults to be captured by childish whims.

Um, this is America, we have something called Freedom of speech and freedom of expression. As much as I despise the Nazis or KKK, they have their right to say what they want, and we defeat them in the arena of ideas.

Think about it. The KKK lynched blacks and burned crosses in their yards. The Nazis genocided the Jews, the Communists were nearly responsible for WWIII.

Not at all. Western paranoia was nearly responsible for WWIII, in our sad attempt to prop up dead empires.

Yeah.

Good point. He might be a 45 year old person who mostly plays video games while living on a relative's couch. Those people never grow up.

You obviously don't know the law with respect to green card holders.

Second, he's married to a US Citizen. So really, no, you can't deport him for what he did as a student.

Again, you are ignorant. Is he a green card holder or is he naturalized? Being married to a citizen doesn't matter.

I expect judges to follow the law.

No, you expect them to follow the left's version of the law.

Tell us which state you live in, and I'll be happy to compare stats

It isn't about states, it is about towns in the state. Your stats wouldn't compare. You are under some strange delusion that there aren't nice areas in the South and indeed some much nicer than you have to offer in Illinois.

Yeah.

Actually, the it was foisted on these ignorant 20-somethings by Arab money into colleges and paid protestors to drum up the chants.

Cleetus, you are such a tool.

You obviously don't know the law with respect to green card holders.

Actually, given Mrs. B131 is here on a green card through marriage sponsorship, I know quite a lot about it.

Again, you are ignorant. Is he a green card holder or is he naturalized? Being married to a citizen doesn't matter.
Well, no it does in that if he applied for a relative visa, they can't deport him unless he's broken a law, which he hasn't.

No, you expect them to follow the left's version of the law.

I expect them to follow the law as written. Trump has been slapped down by the courts time after time, including his own SCOTUS appointees, because he isn't following the law.

It isn't about states, it is about towns in the state. Your stats wouldn't compare. You are under some strange delusion that there aren't nice areas in the South and indeed some much nicer than you have to offer in Illinois.
The South is a dump. It would be a third world country if it wasn't part of the US.

Lisa, you seem to think that no one can have any sincere beliefs other than yours.

The problem is, of course, that our support of Israel violates most of our own principles. We've put countries under sanctions or even militarily attacked them for a lot less than what Israel has done.

Well, no it does in that if he applied for a relative visa, they can't deport him unless he's broken a law, which he hasn't.

Wrong again. Green card holders can be deported if it is determined that they are involved in activities that pose a threat to the US. Inciting violence falls into that category.

The South is a dump. It would be a third world country if it wasn't part of the US.

You may want to let all your buddies know that so they will stop moving here and buying very expensive homes when they retire. I have new neighbor at my vacation home that did just that. They seem nice, but they don't have that huge chip on their shoulder like you do because they are part of the successful class as opposed to being envious of them.

The funny part is him saying he wouldn't send a dog to Louisiana.

He should be more worried for dogs in Chicago.
