Dubya is not guilty of anything but minimizing Saddam Hussein who threatened this planet. You ought to have read Bill Clinton's secretary of State Madeline's notes on Hussein's nefarious activities. Dubya stepped up to the plate after the 9/11 fiasco that took out several thousand Americans in New York City and at the Pentagon. Bin Laden went so far as to using the small number of extremists who left Saudia Arabia when he did to be 95% of the cell groups to ram American airplanes into the WTC, Pentagon, and at least another dozen that were grounded when President Dubya grounded and returned airborne planes to safe landings.

He did all he could to provide for the common defense of the American people from eat-the-Americans-livers because of stopping crazed jihadists from doing our entire nation in. Saddam's rape rooms and Sarin-killed villages took.out several hundred thousand Iraqui villagers who displeased the assassin-rapist Strongman troublemaker. Dubya did the right thing. That really pissed off the money and power hungry deep state leftists who got even with as many calumnies as they cleaned Trump's clock with. They went after Dubya with every lie and reformed reality imaginable.
Dubya also brought along with him his wife Laura who worked for eradicating illiteracy through education and his mother Martha Bush who inpired Laura to beat up on illiteracy so American kids could compete in the sciences, math, and literary excellence.
Their entire Bush family was engaged in improving literacy owith American kids at the top of the list.
