Most if not all ADULT politicians deal with interruption and heckling and all kinds of rudeness, by simply talking to them, or removing them if that doesn't work, from the venue....they then don't shove the person to the ground and handcuff them after removed. He didn't ID himself, didn't have his security credential, and made a move toward the stage....He's lucky that he only got momentarily cuffed and removed from the room.

Nope. Not at all. SOP Large Hispanic man in a windbreaker makes advances on a cabinet member at a briefing and then gets physical with the Secret Service and the FBI - he's on the ground and cuffed until they figure out what is going on. Particularly when large numbers of Hispanics are in the city at the same time literally burning shit down and assaulting Federal and local LEOs.
