These judges are purposely freeing criminals specifically for the expectation of recidivism.
It is a concerted effort to overtime society.

The good news is these judges are going to make for some very hard hitting campaign messages from the right in the midterms. It will be very hard to justify voting for a democrap after all the nefarious shit the democraps have pulled this year. Saying a white woman deserved a brutal beating by a black gang? That alone should destroy any hopes of the left. But then there are hundreds, maybe thousands of other situations that will be fair game next year.

Arresting these threats may not be the problem, although I'm sure some state and local AG's are leery of apathy by juries and don't pursue some. There also is the very real issue of budget restraints (it is expensive to have real law enforcement), and of course the generated racial component. I can only imagine the frustration of police to see these plea deals and sweetheart suspended sentences. What cost social generosity? What kind of street do we want to live on?

Congress has to get off their asses and legislate CONSEQUENCES for these rogue judges that release repetitive criminals,and governors that declare "sanctuary" status to States and cities for ILLEGAL ALIENS.
