Wrong the entire case was unsupported testimony from the alleged victim. With no facts on when it happened, how was Trump or anyone else accused like that going to find witnesses to refute the charge? The defendant would have to interview every employee of the department store that worked there for a period of several years in the hope of finding one that not only was still alive, but remembered Trump being there on a specific day that didn’t have anything to distinguish it from any other where nothing happened. There were no contemporary complaints, no one testified to noises coming from a dressing room in a high-end store with employees who were there to address every need of the rich people who made up the clientele. That fact along made me doubt her story, there would have been witnesses for her to call if anything had happened.
