In a follow-up post on Twitter, Capitol Police said, “If you are inside the Senate Buildings, everyone inside should be sheltering in place as the report was for a possible active shooter. It should be noted that we do not have any confirmed reports of gunshots."

And the violence begins. Maybe this is a good report, maybe not. I suppose time will tell. Since most of the law makers are on vacation, I don't see why this is happening. We will just have to wait and see. Each law maker usually keeps a skeleton staff in place. They have been ordered to shelter in place.
