7.6 magnitude earthquake shakes the Caribbean southwest of Cayman Islands, USGS says

Some islands and countries urged people near the coastline to move inland in case of a tsunami.

The U.S. National Tsunami Warning Center said there is no tsunami alert for the U.S. mainland but issued a tsunami advisory for Puerto Rico and the U.S. Virgin Islands, which was later cancelled.
 
In the past 30 days, the Gulf of Mexico has had 47 quakes of magnitudes up to 4.5 -

Cool! I hope, if they were shaken badly, that the illegals that President Trump put in there so far all pissed themselves, like the children they are.

Just over 400 miles from the epicenter, so they probably got a good shake.

I wonder if they understand the danger of a tsunami coming their way. How close are they to the shoreline?

If they are on bedrock they would barely notice it. If they are built on quaternary alluvium, or reclaimed land, they will get a nice shock. If the frequency is correct, they will suffer bad damage.
