The shooter has been identified as a woman, although her name has not been released. This happened in a town of 2500 people. Everyone in this community has been affected.

It hasn't been reported yet, but the guntroon supposedly used an SKS semi-automatic rifle, which aren't banned in Canada. They originally came in stock condition with a ten-round magazine, but the magazine has to be "pinned" so it can only hold 5 rounds, in order to be legal in Canada. There are replacement 30-round "duckbill" magazines for that rifle, but they too have to be "pinned" to only hold 5 rounds.

Yet another example of how gun laws will never work.

The stock SKS has a 10-round stripper clip and does not use a removable magazine. I'm curious as to how Canada deals with this, probably some Draconian bullshit. Also I wonder if the Trans Murderer obeyed their stupid laws anyway.
