It was not taken from the palestinians, it was turned over by Jordan to Israel, and gaza was turned over by egypt.
Neither turned the land over to the palestinians. Neither tried to help the palestinians create a state of their own.

Tel Aviv - 3,000 - 5,000 ILS
Ariel - 2,000 - 3,000 ILS
3,000 ILS is nearly 900$ a month.
And this is the rent..many people just buy the land and build, which is much cheaper in Ariel (for example)
You can spend 1.5-2.0 million ILS to get yourself a luxury 5 room with large yard in Ariel.
Or you can spend 1.5-2.0 million ILS to get yourself a 2-3 room apartment in Tel Aviv.

There is only ONE detail necessary...

They live on occupied territory...
