A closer look at what this might mean outside of Arizona if a 2% fraud percentage with a normal 3% mail-in ballot rejection rate are both applied, and this is the minimum, as it would require a forensic ballot/envelope analysis to get all counterfeit ballots.

You've grossly misunderstand what you're reading.

The 3% of ballots being referenced aren't the entire election. But a very select group of 28,000 double ballots.....created when an original ballot is damaged or unuseable and has to be refilled out and resubmitted to be read by the vote counting machines.

Which means that if the 3% holds......Trump will add 840 votes in Arizona. A state he lost by nearly 11,000 votes.

The election results are unchanged.
