I had the same problem. I killed the blocker for "that" site an got one pop-up.

I have heard this before on the KQ morning show i listen to did the same thing with the 'translation', which IMO was much funnier than this guy. They replay it every so often. The call itself is funny regardless who does the translation.

YO MAMMY! -this one is from a COPS show that was taped here in Murder-apolis years ago.

This was not a call, fuzzy, it was a real media recording on the scene of a shooting in Atlanta.
The translation was by the engineer on the radio show, who is black.
I don't know who created the rap version, but most likely it was also the radio crew.
